Soft Lab Returns & Refunds Policy

At Soft Lab, we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is our full returns and refunds policy. Please feel free to email us at support@wearesoftlab.com for any questions.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Results may vary between individuals depending on skin type, usage, and skincare routine. For best results, products should be used consistently and in accordance with the usage instructions provided.
Products that are unused and still in their original packaging may be eligible for return within the 30 day return window. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Due to the nature of personal care products, items that have been opened are not eligible to be returned. If you have opened the product and are experiencing an issue, please contact our support team and we will review the situation.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photo or video evidence so we can review the issue.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
• Empty containers
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Gift cards
Policy Abuse
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy, including excessive claims, reseller activity, or fraud.
