FREE SHIPPING
At Soft Lab, we're delighted to offer free shipping to enhance your shopping experience. Our orders are shipped from our warehouses across Hong Kong & Europe using FEDEX, USPS, DHL, and DPD, ensuring a seamless delivery process. Please note, if the stock is exhausted in our national warehouses, we may need to ship this from a different location, the shipping times below include these circumstances.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
We're excited to bring Soft Lab to over 200 countries worldwide. In case there are any shipping restrictions to your location, we'll get in touch directly.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Soft Lab isn't responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your details for accuracy. If the mistake is ours, we'll resend your original order free of charge.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Any customs fees incurred once your order reaches your country are your responsibility. By ordering from us, you agree that you may incur customs charges upon package arrival.

Delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 1-3 Business Days

Please note, these times do not include our processing period of 1-3 days. Delivery times are estimates and do not account for customs clearance delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may not be available for orders with free shipping.

To streamline logistics, items from the same order may be shipped separately. This won’t affect your shipping charges.
